Howe Library's Ten Year Strategic Plan 2007-2017 was approved by the
Howe Library Board of Trustees on May 10, 2007 and endorsed by the
Town of Hanover Board of Selectmen
on June 25, 2007.
A ten year technology plan is included as part of the strategic plan.
