Currently on Display Ledyard Gallery:
"Of Temples, Tea, And Traders - Life in South India" Exhibit of photographs by Mort Wise Saturday, August 28 through Wednesday, September 29
There will be an opening reception on Saturday, September 4 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Ledyard Gallery.
Mort Wise chronicles the sights, sounds, smells, colors, and architecture of South India. They all attest to the layered mixture of natives, conquerors, and traders - all of whom have left their mark on the culture of this most exotic, beautiful, and enchanting part of the vast Indian subcontinent.
